Sonic The Hedgehog 2 is a fun time at the movies, and a amazing sequel to the first Sonic Movie from 2020. The addition of Tails and Knuckles to this movie was amazing and really fun to watch! The banter Sonic and Tails have in the movie is great, and one of the best parts about the film. The human characters were sidelined in the movie, and they had a wedding plotline I wasn’t really a big fan of. Most of the time, Sonic and Tails are off on their own mission and it’s really awesome seeing them, but when it cuts to the wedding scenes with Tom, Maddie and the other humans, you just went to get back into the action. Idris Elba’s Knuckles is great, and he’s funny and serious at the same time, which is really entertaining! Jim Carrey nails it at Eggman in this film, and if this film is the final movie Carrey ever makes, it’s a nice sendoff. Now, into the SPOILER TERRITORY: The ending showcasing Super Sonic was INSANE, and really awesome to see as a Sonic Fan, and with that Post Credits Scene, showing us a first look at Shadow, I am so excited for the next movie in this series! To be a Sonic Fan, this is a perfect movie! 7.5/10.
Can’t describe how disappointed I am. Liked the first one even though it was practically porn but at least it had a decent, original storyline. This… no storyline at all. Literally waited through the first hour and, apart from the obvious, which is now very tedious and blasted with music, nothing happened. No reference to the tunnel until the end, which still didn’t explain things. I’ll watch the 3rd just to close this chapter but I’m not looking forward to it!
Indians biggest film ever it’s time to totally bycott remakewood aka Bollywood n support only films like this. Best film in the history of Indian cinema audience must have have to appreciate n support this type of films.
If you don’t like this movie, you don’t like fun. This movie knows the story is ridiculous and contains a lot of self-mockery about JLo’s own life. The music is great: Marry Me, especially the ballad version, and Nobody’s Watching are so feelgood.
I’m more of a Mario guy and even I think this movie rocks! It makes Dragon Ball Evolution Dookie Crisp by comparison too, lol. The only scenes I wasn’t a fan of was the humans to a degree. Rachel got a laugh out of me surprisingly. The dance scene also wasn’t cringe and felt more in line with building Tails’ character up. I hope the third film and Knuckles series keeps up the momentum. Mario has a lot to prove this year if he wants to beat Sonic in the movie industry.
A find it fascinating that there is always so much hate on the populair and “feel good” movies. Movies don’t have to be always that serious. It’s the feeling you get from them. This movie really brings you somewhere else and makes you forget about everything. It’s heaven for your eyes. The scenery is outstanding, the actors are handsome and the story is catchy. Loved the first movie but the second is even better! Also, absolutely love the second handsome gent in it!
I don’t like the 2nd installment of movies but I like this one because of #GoodDirection, #GoodStory, #GoodActing & #GoodTeamWork. Mr. Prashant Neel you’re selected to direct hollywood movies.
Too good VFX effects. Fight sequences are really good. Raveena and Sanjay Dutts acting is good. Songs could have been better. All in all a good masala entertainer. Waiting eagerly for part 3.
This movie is pretty darn bad, you only need to watch the trailers to know this movie has no real story, character development and is overall as with most indian movies 50 years behind Hollywood in its cinematography. The budget may be big, but the movie is still very bad. Not to mention how badly the score have been tampered with. Just look at the comments. It is as clear as day the indian government called in their best like/click bots for this one.
Oh wow. Such amazing and breathtaking sceneries I’ve seen in real life of the beautiful and dear to my heart Sardinia, ruined with overdone theatrics and stupid story. What a shame. Sigh. The story and directing – laughable and even repelling.

As someone who spent his childhood playing Sonic videogames, I really enjoyed all references to the original games. At the same time I turn my head and see my 5-year-old girl holding her plush Sonic doll with big smile on her face as the action unfolds. I am not giving this movie a 10 because I felt the wedding part was dull and could’ve been cut from the movie. The whole government capturing Sonic and Tails part followed by the rescue operation was completely irrelevant for the plot. That being said, everything else was delightful and Jim Carrey steals the show as Eggman. Shout out to Idris Elba who did a great job voicing Knuckles. Looking forward to the sequel!
I absolutely love SONIC 1 and video games. But sonic is big and bad. Smelly characters that are not quintessential to the franchise of sanic the hodgeheg. Why were the two man characters in the Hawaii for the whole film??? I no like this this no pleasing. Every day I play the port of sanic adventure one dx directors cut for the Nintendo gamecoob and admire BIG THE CAT’S MUSCLED ABS. This movie was nothing like the video game. There is no big the cat who has all the abs, so I am incredibly disappointed because there are no abs-which makes me sad. Sound that I can feel, somehow, heartbreak feels good in a place like this. I am highly disappointed that bart the beefy bumblebee is not in this work. It was too long and I ran out of popcorn and junior mints. My cat also did not enjoy the film. I did not like sonic’s tiny tail because it looked dumb. It is not on par with the first movie, but bigger but better in the every way. I did not see the first movie. I’ll say it’s my turn. I will say it is comparable to marvel movies as I have only ever seen marvel movies. Eggman is thanos because they are large. There should have been a scene with dhoughnughts. My cat flower is angry. She cried wen sanic got killed died like the thanos did in the marvel. Yes spoilers. I cried like a waterfall wen jonnny died. (sanic rush adgenure for hte ninetendo dual screet referene!!!!)

Superb story continuation from the first chapter. Screenplay, BGM and the climax was better than expected easily making it one of the best movies of all time in Indian cinema. No matter who says what it is definitely one of the best movies and storyline created. Loved the 1st chapter and the hype for the second. They stood up for the hype and fulfilled the expectation of the wait of 3 years. Definitely a watch worthy movie in the cinema hall without waiting for the TV or web copies. Hands off loved the experience waiting for chapter 3…
The whole plot line is ridiculous, immature, amateur and so bad it’s sad they spend so much money on this whole project. But people will watch it for sex scenes because some how acting is bad all but sex scenes wich are very realistic…so I must ask myself ‘Are they really having sex?’ Because it can’t be that all of the acting is bad but these scenes are the only ones that are watchable.
Just watched this with the family – this was super fun!good continuation to the first film – hope they keep on makong more of these movies. These are great for the family. Cheers.
I don’t have any words to appreciate this Blockbuster movie. After watching this epic film I felt totally speechless and I felt emotional during watching it. I want to appreciate the Exceptional Pan-India Megastar Rocking Yash for brilliantly portraying his acting and I want to appreciate both the actors who portrayed the role of antagonists in this Film Sanju Baba and Raveena Tandon and I want to appreciate the Director Prashanth Neel for accurately directing this Masterpiece and last but not the least I want to appreciate all the cast, crew members, cinematographer, writer, editor, background music score artist for creating outstanding background music, etc for making this movie possible and making it an emotion to the KGF fandom.
One of the worst plot lines i have ever seen, Belive you me, I hadn’t liked KGF1 at all and was waiting for KGF2 so that there would be some plot which would take the story to a closure but it all went downhill from 2nd half. KGF 1 was a 100 times better, and even KGF 1 was not at all good. So, you can only imagine the level of this movie.
If you grew up with the Sonic Franchise, you will find something to love in this movie! Great humor for kids AND adults. Iconic characters Knuckles and Tales are added to the mix. Who ever is the Casting Director for this franchise needs a promotion! They nail every single casting, even the voice acting for all of the characters is top notch and aligns with the characters roots. I really hope Jim returns for Sonic 3 and doesn’t retire. He fits the role of Eggman perfectly. I can’t really think of another actor that would really take on a role and be this zany and actually be able to pull it off. Bigger, Bolder, and massively takes a next step to set up future movies!
Due to its Chapter1 we all are eagerly waiting for chapter2. Storyline is not good. This movie shows that the Hero is a villain and the movie is an story war between villain. This movie is not a good moral film.
Direction is Good, bgm is excellent, story almost got a bit dragged they could have ended the story 3 time but it didn’t, you couldn’t tell it was dragged because of the fast paced story, it was good but like almost alllll indian movies the hype and superhuman Rocky made it less realistic and lastly the dialouge were too cheesy but over all good work to the indian/karnataka film industry.
