EFCO India has two and a half decades of expertise in in situ valve repair for customers all over India and across the World.
A team of Engineers and Highly skilled Valve Technicians ensure that repairs are carried out by international standards – API, ANSI. EFCO works around the clock to ensure on-time service to prevent situations where operations are affected or delayed.
Our Situ valve repair services are not just limited to general works such as Valve Dismantling, Cleaning of trim parts, Lapping of Body Seats & Disc seats, and Blue-match Inspection and Assembling. We also provide special services like re-manufacturing of Body Seats which include in-situ Welding & Machining activities for all types of gates, Globes, Control & Pressure Safety/Relief valves.
These refurbishment works are executed in customer location with our specially designed Machines within the plant downtime period.
Workshop Repair
EFCO India has been providing factory repairs/re-engineering work at Hyderabad for all types of valves irrespective of size, pressure rating, and damage conditions, from clients across India.
We specialize in re-manufacturing valve trim parts such as spindles, valve body seats, wedges/discs, and plug & seat rings.

l Repair & Re-manufacturing of “36-inch Ball Valves.”
l We re-manufactured and tested several high-pressure API 6D Ball Valves for India’s leading natural gas provider, resulting in excellent customer satisfaction.
l Another recent project involved the repair and re-manufacturing of 600 valves received from an Indian Client a reputed Petrochemical Company. We took it as a challenge and completed the given job in 25 days.
