But it’s so bad that it prevents you from moving forward in life.

You are acting on your own behalf.
So, pause for a moment and consider your blessings.

I have observed a lot of people doing this.
They keep appreciation journals along these lines:

Would gratitude come over you if you did this?
You most certainly wouldn’t.
As a result, here is how to truly keep a gratitude journal:
I’m thankful for this laptop since it gave me the chance to make more money, which allows me to provide for my family and myself.
How does this sentence make you feel?
I’m certain that you can sense my gratitude at this place.
Write in complete phrases that go in-depth about the thing you’re expressing gratitude for and how it has impacted your life.
Fill the specifics, pay attention to the details, and write them in.
Because if you don’t, gratitude won’t come naturally.
Is it possible to write the same thing every day?
Are you saying that you just have one thing in your life for which to be thankful?
You don’t, do you?
You might believe that there aren’t many things or people in your life for which to be thankful.
however, if you look within.
There are at least 100 things or persons for whom you can be thankful.
So, reflect and consider carefully what you have to be thankful for.
Avoid becoming a wimp.
