Previously hine a light on outstanding achievements in recorded sound.held in Los Angeles, the annual Grammy Awards show will take place in Las Vegas this year for the first-time ever in the Grammys’ 64-year-history. With Trevor Noah returning for hosting duty and artists like Lady Gaga, Carrie Underwood and Bruno Mars performing, the evening is sure to be full of memorable moments — and surprises.
This year, Jon Batiste leads the race with 11 Grammy Award nominations. Justin Bieber, Doja Cat and H.E.R. are the second most-nominated artists with eight nods each, while Billie Eilish and Olivia Rodrigo are tied for third with seven each.
The 19-year-old Rodrigo is nominated for all of the the so-called Big Four categories: Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best New Artist. If the pop ingénue prevails in all of them, she will hold the distinction as the third artist, after Christopher Cross and Billie Eilish, to win all of the top four Grammy awards in the same year.
Taylor Swift could also make Grammy history, given that the popular singer and songwriter has the chance to become the first artist to win Album of the Year four times, eclipsing the records of music legends Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder and Frank Sinatra in the process.

Or will the septet phenom become the first K-pop group to win a Grammy for their summer hit “Butter” in the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category?
