“Hard gainer” the title that is given to a person that as much food as they take in, calories have little effect on them. But the truth is “hard gainers” just don’t eat enough foods on a consistent basis or get enough calories. Hard to gain. Hard to build muscle. Gaining weight can be very frustrating which can lead to low confidence in yourself and your muscle-building journey. Solution? Try to use Whole milk into your fitness routine. GOMAD. Drink a gallon a whole milk for a whole month. Gains will come. Not what you expected but if you’re a hard gainer you are trying to gain weight fast. Try it may be worth it. You will notice that your bench might get a lot better too. With the extra weight increase. Gain a mass amount of weight in one month! There are 160 calories per cup drinking whole milk. Now just imagine drinking a gallon a day. 16 cups is a gallon so that makes the calorie count go up to 2560 calories. That’s a lot of calories. A lot of “hard gainers” probably don’t eat this much during the day. They’ll pick a day to eat a lot when they fall off the results isn’t there, no constancy. Must be a gallon of whole milk. None of that 1% fat-free nonsense. That has fewer calories. Taste watery too. Get whole milk, taste a lot better and the max amount of cheap calories you can find anywhere. Weight gainers have additives and lots of sugar. Really expensive. You probably doing your wallet good too if you avoid it. Warning, don’t drink a gallon of milk in one sitting. First off, you will kind of look like a strange person drinking a gallon milk in one sitting. Secondly, your stomach and the toilet are going to be best friends. So much lactose that it WILL cause gas bloating and diarrhea. I really don’t recommend that. Since your goal is to drink a whole gallon a day. Drink it in parts. In 1/3s. Morning afternoon then the evening. For “hard gainers” Solid foods are hard to consume to the point that getting the right amount of calories can be difficult. Liquid calories are easy to take in than say solid foods. Quicker and more portable. Stuffing your face with solid food as a “hard gainer” leads to discomfort. You may even get a stomach ache and throw it all back up. Let’s face it. Chicken breast is something that you can’t just whip out if you are busy out working. The Lactose load you get from this is crazy. So to counter this problem, use lactose pills. Most people are lactose intolerant to a certain degree. If you are lactose intolerant. There are pills for you. Go to your local pharmacy a grab you some. Doesn’t require a prescription. The key is consistency. GOMAD may give you the result you trying to find as a “hard gainer”. You may find your self-gaining the weight you want using it wisely. Whatever you try, try to eat more caloric dense foods too.
