The Sopot Library invites you on June 1 at 16.30-18.30 to have fun in the atmosphere of an exotic jungle. There will be dances, games with gum and an animation scarf, tracking wild animals and large-scale painting. There will also be reading aloud and huge bubbles. Common fun and celebration will take place in the park at Goyki.
Garden attractions from MDK
Youth Community Center and the Parents’ Council operating at MDK Sopot invite you to the festival, which will take place on June 1, from 16.30-19.00 in the garden of the facility.
For this year’s children’s festival, MDK has prepared, among others various workshop activities, face painting, sports games and entertainment, artistic performances, karate shows, vocal and music concerts as well as a lot of interactive attractions conducted by teachers from the facility and inflatable toys awaited by the youngest.
Water Festival in the Sopot meadows
On the occasion of Children’s Day, on Saturday, June 4, from 11.00-16.00, the municipal company AQUA-Sopot once again organizes outdoor fun for the youngest inhabitants of Sopot. The Water Festival is an open-air urban event which, in addition to having fun, aims to draw attention to the excellent quality of Sopot tap water and the spa qualities of Sopot. It is no coincidence that the place of the festival is the Sopot meadows, which are to foster a picnic atmosphere and family relaxation.
Among the attractions, incl. workshops and animations for children, theatrical games and competitions, stage performances, music, inflatables, vehicles of municipal services (including municipal police, fire brigade, police). There are also sports activities (a football tournament), a gastronomic zone with a relaxation zone, Sopot beekeepers.
This year, the event will also be addressed to the youngest guests from Ukraine. The Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Sopot is involved in its organization.
Table tennis at the pier
At the Sopot pier on Sunday, June 5 from 11.00-14.30 there will be a Family Picnic. Its hero will be table tennis. There will be tables for the game, and from At 11.15, classes with coaches, motor games and activities, table tennis competitions and fitness competitions will start. At. On 12.10 we invite you to the competition training show (there will also be a training robot).
The participants of the Picnic with the Champions will play test balls from 12.30 and at 1.00 p.m. again activities with coaches, games and movement games, competitions about table tennis and fitness competitions.
Academy of Table Tennis in Małe Trójmiasto is inviting, the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Sopot is involved in the organization of the event.
Charity concert “A smile for a smile”
On the occasion of Children’s Day, councilors of youth city councils from Sopot and Gdańsk invite you to a charity concert “Smile for a smile”, which will take place on June 4 in the concert shell at the Sopot pier. The goal is to raise money for the Pomeranian Hospice for Children.
The concert will consist of two parts: the first from 4.00 p.m. – 5.30 p.m., the second one starts at 18.00. There will be, among others children from the Music School, MDK, soloists and soloists from Sopot schools as well as Feria and Kontrast ensembles.
A play and learning corner will also be available to everyone. Music, fun, and the possibility of help guaranteed.
