If you want to help yourself and other people, you should relinquish the past, stop worrying about the future so much, and focus on your current choices.
The present moment is all we have, and the future and the past are nonexistent concepts that we shouldn’t dwell upon so much. You should focus most of your efforts on the present, and in this way, you can build a better life for yourself.
Every person dealing with their past should learn and let go of what is holding them back. You should forgive yourself and take responsibility for your actions. You are now ready to develop once you have done this.
In addition, you must start right away. Simply saying this won’t help. It’s important to have a direction as you embark on your growth journey.
You cannot change what has been stated and done no matter what you do. You can think about the big picture all you want, but that won’t help you achieve anything.
